Information on the EU Digital Services Act

Monthly active EU users

In accordance with the Digital Services Act (DSA), Messe Düsseldorf GmbH publishes semi-annually information on the average monthly active users in the European Union, calculated over a period of six months. In the last six-month period ending on 01/08/2025, Messe Düsseldorf had a total of 50595 active users. This information has been compiled in accordance with the DSA and may therefore differ from other published user metrics of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH's platforms.

Reporting centre for illegal content (DSA)

If you believe that content on digital services that fall under the responsibility of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH as an intermediary service violates your personal rights or applicable law (e.g. harassment or hate speech), you can use the following reporting form or send an e-mail to dsa@messe-duesseldorf.de to initiate the removal of content.
Please note that a report to Messe Düsseldorf GmbH does not mean that the content in question will automatically be removed. We will process all reports promptly, carefully and objectively. The reporting person or organisation will be informed of our decision without delay and advised of any possible legal remedies.

Transparency report (Art. 15 DSA)

According to Art. 15 para. 1 DSA, we are obliged to publish transparency reports on content moderation carried out by us once a year. Such a report will be published here in due course.

Notification form for illegal content (DSA)

It is not necessary to provide a name and email address if the information is assumed to be a criminal offence in connection with sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, child pornography, contacting children for sexual purposes or inciting, aiding or abetting or attempting to commit such offences.
